This "Locals" Camano Island coffee shack was open late in the afternoon - however, don't make the mistake of ordering a Frappucino here. It was way tooo heavy and not very tasty. You're better off driving 1 block to the local Starbucks and getting your Frappucino there. According to the Seattle Times, Starbucks has reformulated their Frapps recently - no wonder I like it so much!
